Not heard back from Sky on phone Swop

Sent my iPhone 13 back last Thursday and I've heard nothing from sky to acknowledge they have received my old phone so feel really let down that I now have to foot the bill for both phones 😢

I believe it's taking at least 2 weeks to process these.

 

Yes, you may be paying for 2 devices but you're not out of pocket as it further reduces the credit owed on the old device.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
