Sent my iPhone 13 back last Thursday and I've heard nothing from sky to acknowledge they have received my old phone so feel really let down that I now have to foot the bill for both phones 😢

Yes, you may be paying for 2 devices but you're not out of pocket as it further reduces the credit owed on the old device.
