Phones

Hi had 2 phones come after the one I already ordered that was legit and sent my old phone bk but today 2 nd saying 2 phones be delivered but there not showing in my account only the one I already have ordered so confused

@Audrey61  Best to call Sky on 150 from your SKy Mobile/sim.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thanks done that they sending a package out and not to use the labels that come with them but confused as not showing on my account and not even had sims with them either just phones

That's a real red light this may be a scam.  Was it definitely 150 you called?

I rang sky number when I did live chat and my daughter did and they said they send a package out dong use labels that come with phones

Where did you get this number from, the reason we ask is that are a lot of scams going around whereby Sky account are accessed and mobile devices are ordered via them.

Through my sky app the number where I did my original swop they at to sort out as passing credit check but order was being rejected 4 times and they cancelled them and finally got it through and now got new phone old one back and today I got phones coming to me witch was worried as they was all cancelled and them not showing on my account only my one I got now

So to be clear:

 

You did a swap, got the new phone and sent your old one back and now you have been sent these extra phones. You called Sky via the phone number shown in the MySky app and they are sending you packaging to return them ?

That is odd, it might be despite earlier failing the credit checks the devices you ordered were sent to you in error if that is what has happened.

So be ok just send bk as no charges either on account only old and new till they take old phone off

You need to do what Sky told you when you spoke to them about this. If it wasn't clear - call and ask them again.
