ESim error - Can't Add Esim code invalid or already been used

Please can someone help. 

 

I am worried I will lose my mobile number. I am trying to change from one provider to Sky but I am getting an error message when scanning the QR code or adding the esim details. 

 

Error

"Can't add esim

The code isn't valid or has already been used. Contact your service provider for more information."

 

Please help

As customers eher all we can suggest is that you contact Sky as pwer the message for help. If you haven't another phone to use then there are links to their social media sites at the bottom of this page, They can also be contacted via Facebook Messenger.
