My phone won't send competition texts . There is a ban on it . Your colleague was supposed to unblock it but it hasn't worked

Hi @Catherinejames1 you are talking to fellow customers here, not sky CS. Make sure you have set your monthly spend cap high enough to cover the costs of the text messages.
