Phone

My phone won't send competition texts . There is a ban on it . Your colleague was supposed to unblock it but it hasn't worked

Hi @Catherinejames1  you are talking to fellow customers here, not sky CS. Make sure you have set your monthly spend cap high enough to cover the costs of the text messages.

We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services. Why do you think it's banned?
