Phone

I pre ordered a phone for 36 month contract, within an hour I got a email saying my order had been cancelled. I've look back on my account to see it says expected deliver date even though I was told it was cancelled. I just want to make sure I don't have a phone on the way as I've manage to order from somewhere else and if I do have a phone on the way can I cancel as it's not needed

We're other customers here - you'll have to call Sky to confirm but this is usually a sign that the credit/affordability check has failed.

I hoping they'll let me cancel as I was told it had been cancelled, I did see another post about sky not letting someone cancel their order so didn't want that to happen as it's not needed

Usually if you have been sent a cancelled email then as stated above it is due to failing a credit check but you will need to call for clarification about this.

i ordered one phone from sky but my contract was cancelled before i get phone ,they charged me 48 pound but i didn't get refund

Yoj should be refunded within 2-3 weeks so if it has been longer than that you will need to call Sky.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
