I pre ordered a phone for 36 month contract, within an hour I got a email saying my order had been cancelled. I've look back on my account to see it says expected deliver date even though I was told it was cancelled. I just want to make sure I don't have a phone on the way as I've manage to order from somewhere else and if I do have a phone on the way can I cancel as it's not needed

I hoping they'll let me cancel as I was told it had been cancelled, I did see another post about sky not letting someone cancel their order so didn't want that to happen as it's not needed
