I've just ordered a phone but I'm still waiting for the message of when it would be delivered

After the two credit checks are complete (it may take longer at a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

We have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales. When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

You might need to give it at least 24 hours before you account updated regarding the delivery.
