Hi guys, I sent my phone back today as I received my new one through doing a swap. I just had a panic moment, I did send my old phone back in the packaging my new one came in. And used the postal slip that came. But how do they determine it's your phone? I just wondered as it never had my name or anything as it didn't ask. Thanks!
