No mobile signal in NR14 area all week and have nt been notified from sky
I have no mobile signal in my area of NR14.
It has always been ok, but I have checked online and it says it's work is being done in my area and won't be finished until December 2nd 2025. I have not been informed of this by Skymobile. So how I look at it is, if you can't provide a service and still take £20 a month for my sim only deal , the only other option is find a new mobile network supplier. I have tried to contact Skymobile, but it is only letting me chat through a bot. Have you got a number to contact Skymobile to speak to a human being.

Re: No mobile signal in NR14 area all week and have nt been notified from sky
Hi @Bigkev671 its 150 from your sky sim or sky talk phone. For information sky are still meeting their side of the contract you agreed, in the agreement it says a mobile signal cannot be guaranteed in all areas at all times and as long as the signal is ok in most areas then they have met the terms of the contract. When it's repaired if you call them they should apply some credit back to your account. If you have had the sim more than 12 months then your free to leave if you wish. Less than 12 months the and there would be early termination charges.
