Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDid you put your order through as a swap, if so what you need to do is to return your current phone. You should be able to do this using the app ackaging the new one came in as the return label should be on the inside of it.
If you are not sure if you do place this as a swap then give Sky a call on the free 150 number so they can look into it for you.
When sending the phone off make sure you get and keep proof of posting.
