Phone swap
Hi I have done phone swap in the passed and know how it works, but when I try it now says I'm not eligible can I ask why ?

You will need to call Sky for help with this as you fellow customers can't say why you are seeing this. 150 is the free number to call Sky on and when you do say nothing and remain on the line when asked anything by the bot.

Hi @Lindapake if your phone is paid off then you can't upgrade/swap you just order a new device, could this be the issue ?
