Phone swap missing

I sent back my old phone on the 11th of May and on the couriers website it is not updating just says "weve got it" and its been saying that for 3 days. Im worried its gone missing. What should i do?

There is nothing you can do as you have done your bit by sending it off and as you can show that you have done this you shouldn't have any issues. You might find the couriers website updates over the next few days.
