Phone swap issue

I have swapped my phone and have sent back the old one but have heard nothing from sky. I've tracked the phone and it has been delivered. Its been over 2 weeks and I'm still paying for the old phone as well as the new one. How long is it taking ?

2-3 weeks at the moment it seems.

Same problem here! This is my second bill period now that I am paying for 2 phones,, they confirmed they received the old phone this was on 1st September- still waiting!!

Yes I did- 3 times and they said they will rectify this but still hasn't happened
