My phone service keeps going down. It happened in September for a couple of days with no calls, data or calls. And now it's happened again. It's been about 5 days without being able to contact anyone. I have an iPhone 15. I've reset network settings. Cleaned my sim and done all I was asked to do last time but nothing is happening. It's really annoying me and the same thing happens to my daughters phone. Any idea on what I can before I leave sky for a different company
