I recently decided to upgrade my phone with the swap service, however my address linked to my account was wrong, I called to update it however the agent i spoke to put in the incorrect house number. I didnt notice this at first and went ahead with the swap. I noticed the house number was incorrect the next day and contacted dpd to see if this could be resolved, they couldnt help so contacted sky who have updated my address correctly and sent a second new phone to me. What is worrying me is that the first phone that was sent to the wrong address was marked as delivered by dpd, I called them and they confirmed its been delivered, and to contact sky about it. I am now waiting for a call from the investigation team but I am stressing out that they will now charge me for the phone that is essentially lost. If anyone can give me some information or help it would be appreciated.
