Phone robbed from dpd new order

Hi,

My partner received my new phone today and nothing was in the box! The phone had been robbed by someone at dpd. You can see where they have tried to glue the box back together. Does anyone know how I can report this to sky and get a new phone sent our?

Thanks. Sam

If you need to call Sky you can call free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

Sky will have to carry out a joint investigation with DPD so they won't send a new device out automatically.

It will take Sky a while to investigate this so do not expect a quick response from them once the investigation has started.

By calling them?  The number is on the help page: https://www.sky.com/help/home  (Or 150 if you have a Sky service)

They are unlikely to simply send a new phone - an investigation will be required.

Re: Phone robbed from dpd new order

Thanks all. I couldn't find the number online. I've spoke to Sky and they'll look into it with 3 to 4 working days apparently.

I missed my first delivery so I'm presuming it was pinched when it was back at the warehouse overnight!
