Phone repair.

I have attempted for the 4th time to have my phone repaired. I contacted sky 4 times who have assured me that a repair package would be sent to me they never arrived. I have been told each time that its a system error at your end. Again another attempt at sending out the package. I am frustrated and unable to use my device properly due to this. This device is a Samsung flip 4 and after more inquires it seems that its a common fault with the device itself. This is the 2nd time I've had to send it in for repair. I have attempted for months now to have this resolved and still getting nowhere. I hope to have this resolved ASAP..
