I have switched from EE to sky and activated Sim but cannot make ot receive calls/texts and need my phone for work. I have no means to call sky and need to be able to contact an advisor. Is there an online chat that is not a Bot?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf Sky has told you that your number has transferred have you checked that it is now correct in your phone itself and if it isn't then changed it and rebooted the phone.
