Phone purchase on installments

I want to purchase new iphone on a 36 month installment. But I just want the phone, as I already have a data service. If I buy from sky mobile, am I forced to buy the Sim 12 month contract, or is there any way to just get the phone and not take the Sim plan

You need a swap24 (not 36) for 3 year plan.

If you have to purchase a data plan at the time then simply do not activate it.
