Phone payment

Please I have a phone deal which allows me to pay 55£ a month, I have been out of work for months now and haven't been able to do so. My sim is no more working for the past four months and I want them to cancel the data monthly cost so that I will be able to pay for the phone only

As we are customers here you are not talking to Sky but what we can say is that you can only cancel the sim if you have had it for 12 months or more so if this is the case call Sky on 150 about this.
