Iv ordered a new phone all passed gone through now says on track order theres an issue but no one answered the phkne was on an hour wait then jusg closed

I ordered a phone samsung s25 ultra and everything passed credit passed and also i got email from dpd that it will deliver tomorrow and next day i got another email from dpd that driver with come between this time slot driver name and everything and after that driver didn't come to my home and i got email that your order is going return to sky and then i called the sky and they told me your credit check is fail, i took day off for delivery and also how they can send phone without credit check. Now they told me to contact us. I don't know what should I do?

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.
For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.
Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
