Accessing my Mobile phone contract

Hello, I am upgrading my phone from iPhone 13 to iPhone 16. A part of the ordering process is to sign a contract by a certain date. Through the 'My Sky' app it's not letting me as it says my account is suspended (although I have just paid in advance the first bill). In addition when I spoke to a Sky Advisor and through the security process he could not send me an authentification code to my iPhone 13  even though I gave him my IMEI code. How frustrating on both counts. Advice on how to progress would be welcome. I have raised all this today as a complaint. I hold my breath.

Does it say your account is restricted or suspended and did you speak to them about this and why this has happened, was your services restricted due to a bill not being paid for example ?
