Phone order scammed?

I have received an email saying I have ordered 3 items which I haven't. 2 phones and a watch. It says it will be delivered soon. Im scared as I haven't made any orders. On my account it says its 0 months left to pay and £0 to pay which is really weird. I have had a few weird calls from sky lately and I'm scared I'm being scammed. What do I do ?? I have changed my sky password but don't know what else to do and I can't call them now as it too late 😪😪 PLEASE HELP !!!

Hi @Zuzanna1998  if you already have a sky sim call them on 150 to get them to look at your account.

There's scams where the caller pretends to be from your mobile/internet provider & tries to convince you there's a problem, they ten ask for account details on the promise of a gift for helping them fix the problem (or catch a criminal) which the scammer then uses to log into your account & order expensive devices - usually mobile phones - which are then charged to your account. They then usually call again saying the incorrect gift has been sent & you're to send the phones back - don't as this will be a routing address & not Sky. The 'gifts' then are sent to the scammers from this address & the customer is left with the bill.
Did you receive any calls claiming to be Sky & asking for your details?
You need to contact Sky immediately to cancel these devices.
