Phone order referred

Hi my name Kyle 

 

I am new sky mobile I have contract with sky mobile however today i thought I would phone sky mobile up and apply for the iPhone 12 in blue for £21 per month for 24 month then pay £17.50 after that so the advisor put the credit check through and it came as referred so I now have wait for 24 to 48 hours to respond with the outcome .I also tried to apply for Samsung Galaxy A33 for £11.00 per moth them £9.00 per month that also got referred on my credit check so I now have to wait for the outcome

@Kyle+chap.an  I'm not sure what your asking or wanting fellow customers to do.

 

But if your order is referred it will be to do a full credit check, ordering another device will also result in the same thing and will ultimately harm your credit file due to multiple credit applications.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
