Phone number didn’t transfered

Hi my number I didn't transferred, I’ve completed transfer and added new sky sim to the phone. Why my number still not transferred? I was looking to switch from Vodafone and provided account number, but the sim mumber is still different. I texted to service no answer and can't phone to customer service, the aromatic voice telling me to text for help. I'm having issues that my work and family can't reach me 4th day. Is there anyone in sky to fix this?

If you have Sky the pac code you got from Vodafone n what day did you do this as numbers do not transfer in a Saturday or Sunday so if you have it to Sky n Friday then it might not move over until today or tomorrow, in the meantime your Vodafone sim with the correct number should still work and when it stops working is when you can start using the Sky sim with the correct number.

How long ago did you give Sky the PAC code from Vodafone?
If Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sun then most likely it'll be a couple of days more, you'll receive an email or text once the transfer is complete.
If it's been longer the you can reset the network settings.
