Phone not working

Sky mobile not working still in contract will they replace it

In what way is the phone not working. If there is a fault with it then Sky will not replace it as they will want you to send it off to be looked at to see if it can be repaired.

Hi @Jannyboots  it will depend on the phone model etc as they have different warranty periods. Will also depend on the fault as if it's water damage or mechanical damage that would void any warranty. You would need to send it to sky for them to investigate. Call on 150 to arrange sending it back.
