Phone not working transferred from O2 to sky

I have recently changed from O2 to sky and I received a txt to say my number will transfer over on the 14th but nobody can call me or txt me?

I have checked and I can call out but nobody can call me or txt me

Unless Sky have sent you an email/text then the transfer might not have been completelt just yet as it can take place at anytime today. Until it does you should be able to use your O2 sim and then that should stop working so when it does you should then be able to chnage it to your Sky sim.
