I did a swap deal with sky and had 14 days to return it but I am worried that it is not going to get there within the 14 day due to it being Christmas, Ive had two emails from sky saying we have not received your device yet but I put it to the post office last Thursday. If it doesn't get there within 14 days my deal could be cancelled.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you have access to online tracking to see where it is. I would have thought Sky would give you some extra leeway due to it being Christmas and due to the stiles at Royal Mail which are having knock on effects at other couriers.
