Phone not showing on account

I've had an iPhone 15 for two years now. It does not show on my sky app and I'd like to know more about swaps and my charges. I think it's because when I swapped my phone from an iPhone 11 I used a different email address. Surely there's a way to get this into my account online if all my details match?

From what you have said you are signed in

woth the wrong email addesss as you need to use their services for one you used to swap from the 11 to the 15.

 

if you are unsure of the details you should be using then call Sky on 150 sim they can look into it for you.
