I've paid my bill and want my restrictions lifted please

@R4d4rhave you also setup a new continuous payment method as things also needs doing before restrictions are lifted 

 

payments have to clear and hit Skys account before restrictions are lifted it won't necessarily be instant

That could be tomorrow or longer.

 

You may be able to circumvent that period if you can get to speak to someone at Sky.  (Either by using a number they don't recognise or by withholding yours with the 141 prefix)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
