Phone mast down, no connection to WiFi either?

Hi all, 

My phone has been having troubles for 2 days now, I checked service status and it says a nearby phone mast isn't working as it should. I'm confused though because I can make and receive calls but not texts and I still have 1 or 2 bars of service. My data isn't working, but neither is my WiFi. I can connect to it but it says no internet connection. The problems with WiFi only started when the other problems did. Everyone else in my house on different networks have internet connection.

My iPad is also with sky and connected to the WiFi fine too. Is this a problem with the phone itself?? It's not even a year old yet, and the issues only started when the mast went down.

Hi @Yanmoose  have you tried rebooting the router ?

I haven't, because my iPad and every other device in the house is connected fine so I didn't think it could be the router.

Could be the link between that device and the router @Yanmoose , I would try a reboot of the router and phone in order to rule that out first.
