Phone hasn’t worked since I got it

Had phone two weeks can't make calls can't sent sms texts. Can't get through to any one to help me. At top of phone when I scroll down it says primary number no service secondary has service with sky but both numbers are the same. Hope someone can help. Sky customer service is appalling.

Are you able to change any settings so your phone only uses this secondary one which is working ?
