Phone has gone talk back more which is under contract cannot turn it off

My phone has gone talkback more which is under contract cannot turn it off what  ever I try will not help has anyone else seen this and how do you get out of it its rederd the phone unuable i tried tis  Why Is My Phone Talking to Me? 4 Ways to Fix - Tech News Today but none of it works has it bricked my phne i cant even dial out to sky on it

It sounds like a software issue.  You may have to reset it to factory settings and use a backup.  (I doubt Sky can assist you)
