Phone get hot and don’t unlock

I have just got I phone 16 on contract for my son it came today and it does not swipe up to unlock and it get so hot

You'll have to call Sky to arrange a return/replacement.

 

Do not be tempted to order a new device to expedite it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
