Phone faulty

Dear Sky Mobile Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I've encountered with my phone.

I am free to call tomorrow before 14pm and after 8am. So if there’s anything you could suggest please give me a call.

Unfortunately, my phone is not charging at all, despite my efforts to try all possible solutions. I took it to an Apple service center, but the cost to fix it is prohibitively expensive. The issues began as soon as I first attempted to plug it in for charging, indicating that there may have been a defect from the start.

I previously reached out to your customer service and spoke to a representative who assured me that someone would contact me back regarding this matter. However, I have not received any follow-up.

Given the circumstances, I would like to request a return of the phone or, preferably, a replacement. I believe this is a reasonable request considering the issues I have faced. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

@Ionelai  By posting in the email forum you are not emailing Sky customer services, that sectiuon is intended for Sky/Yahoo email issues, not an email route to Sky.

No one can or even will call you in response to a community post from an unlinked account.

You will need to call Sky back yourself to arrnage repair on your phone.  https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-mobile/delivery-returns-and-repairs/returns-repairs-and-replacemen...

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
