Please someone help!!!
I previously had a dual sim mobile for work so used my personal and work number. I diverted my personal number to my work number if out of service as they were on different networks. I no longer have work mobile so back to personal phone.
After having sim in an old phone for over a month I have only just found out that when my phone is out of service or in airplane mode all call are divert to my old work number. Though if I divert a incoming call now it going through to my sky voicemail. I have tried inputting #21# or #61# #67# even adding * infront to assess where the calls maybe diverted too. All items are disabled apart from one that goes to voicemail number.
I can't seem to get the out of service or airplane diversion change. . . Has anyone had experiences or may know what I can do?! As I don't want any calls going to my previous place of work!!!!
