Phone delivery

My phone wasn't delivered by DPD n says it's back on its way to sky. When will it be delivered? X

That scenario suggests either you failed the enhanced credit check or DPD tried to deliver it a couple of times without success in which case they send it back. You'll need to call Sky to discuss this.
