Im buying a phone off ebay, the seller has shared his original mail of purchase from sky and it has the device imei id, serial number and date of purchase. I just want to know if the phone has been paid off entirely and not on a contract because of the whole blacklist thing later on if the seller stops paying off the contract. Can anyone advise me whom to reach out to in this case. Any sky email id that can help me confirm if the device has been paid in full or is in contract. I have the imei, serial number, and date of purchase. Any kind of help would be appreciated. Thank you.
