Phone delivery

Hi there,

 

I have ordered a phone contract for the Google pixel 10 pro but have no updates on a delivery or an estimate on any further information for over a week.

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
