Phone contract

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my phone but it keeps saying i can't. I have missed any bills or overdue any payments, can this please be explained to me on what I should do.

Hi @Sarah_74  if the same is happening on other browsers then your only option is to call sky on 150 for help.
