Phone contract help…

My contract has ended but it's still making me pay monthly towards the phone how can I stop this?

Hi @MommyAmy  if the phone contract has ended then you won't be being charged for the phone. Once the phone is paid off you continue paying for the sim/plan, could it be this ?  Also bear in mind if you are on swap 24 contract then you actually pay for the phone over 36 months if you don't swap at 24 months. What do your future bills show ?

Are you sure your device contract has ended?  Swap24, for example, is a 3 year contract.

 

Data plan's continue until you give notice to cancel.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It was a 3 year contract for both but it's making me pay £36... the phone contract was £41. Im not sure what's happening 😅

Are your future bills showing the same @MommyAmy  ? Give sky a call on 150 so they can look into this for you.
