Activate

I'm starting to get annoyed I haven't been able to use my phone properly I keep gettting told to wait and wait and wait it's been a whole week and my sim still has not be activated I'm paying for a phone an sim and I can't even use I need my sim to make work calls and use my phone outside my house without there being no service or somthing because it's taking a week to activate I keep ringing and keep getting told to wait another day it's getting beyond stupid now

The thing annoying is then saying it will

be sorting by tomorrow night or in the next 24 hours and it's just not

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

When you call again (which you will need to do) ask Sky if they can cancel the sim that has failed to activate and then order you a new one that is on the same package.
