I've had my mobile phone contract for over a year with sky. I purchased the phone and contract for my son to use who's in secondary school, so for safety. Recently it has vanished from my MySky account and when I search for my contract using my bank details etc it says it has no account with these details. my son cannot use his phone unless using WiFi and I have no way of finding it as it has disappeared. Please help as the phone is for my sons safety to and from school and is unusable right now.
