Mobile signal at new house
Hey, I am moving house in December, and there is no signal at my new house, despite the coverage checker saying there should be full 4G signal inside and out.
We won't have any wifi immediately, so I'm a little concerned that we'll have no internet access as we both work from home.
Where do I stand with Sky mobile? The checker is showing there should be full signal there, but there isn't. Is there anything that can be done?

Re: Mobile signal at new house
Hi @Tommo730 the maps mobile phone companies use for coverage are only an indication of what should be available, not a guarantee. You don't have many options until you get your WiFi up and running. Sky (and other companies) don't guarantee that their mobiles will work in all locations. You could try other network PAYG sims until you get sorted if you are sure your sky mobile won't work.
