If not then you will have to contact Sky as perhaps your sim has devloped a fault so Sky can be contacted via social media as there are links at the bottom of this page to their sites or via the messaging service here:

At the bottom of the above link select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.
