Any phone calls I make cut off after 20 seconds or so.
my sky app is not working as everything I click on it comes up with not available.

also, all incoming calls are sent straight to voicemail.
can't find any information about how to get hold of an actual person.
can anyone help?

There is a current issue with mobile calls that Sky are investigating so this issue might be related to this so until ot is fixed there isn't anything you can do.
