How can you remove a old phone for the device list on the the "my sky app"

They drop off your account if returned to Sky. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

Hi @Jpboro you can't. If you sent it back as a return or part of a swap then sky will remove after a while. If you didn't send it back (gave it away or sold it) then it can't be removed. It shouldn't stop you placing any new orders, if it does then call sky on 150 for help.
