Phone call

Hi I got a phone call today saying my SIM card is getting blocked I'm wondering if I can get support with this

Almost certainly a scam. Sims don't get blocked unless payment not made and Sky don't call customers to forewarn them.

Did you give them any information?  Such as your email address or password?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
