Phone bill

Hi I paid 70 something pound last week to pay the bill because I was behind now your saying I need to pay 80 something pound how can it be 80 pound when my bill works out 30 to 40 pound a month now because the phones are paid off

You can view your bill via the MySky app that you can install on your mobile do what does this bill show ?
